I am a writer and a historian, especially interested in political economy, energy politics, and the history of ideas. Broadly speaking, I work on the linked histories of capitalism and (neo)liberalism in twentieth century Canada. I am physically based in Calgary and institutionally based at Simon Fraser University, where I am a SSHRC Canada Postdoctoral Research Award holder in the Department of Geography.
